We most certainly do! An Tiny Tot's Entertainment LLC courteous driver will deliver and set up each inflatable rental along with insuring that the inflatable is clean and in good working condition. The set up process can take around 15-30 minutes per piece, breakdown generally takes the same amount of time. There is a $25 delivery fee for any area that's out of the 10 mile radius from our location, here in SMRYNA, GA. 30339. If you don’t see your area, please give us a call. ** Please note that we are unable to deliver to an apartment complex or a 1st come 1st serve park (a reservation is required) **
All individuals and businesses that rent from TINY TOT'S ENTERTAINMENT LLC are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, our office will provide you with a copy. We CANNOT set up our equipment until the required liability waiver is signed.
We use Lead Free, Fire Retardant heavy duty commercial grade high quality 18 oz PVC vinyl, All seams in our units are double stitched by heavy duty extra strength nylon thread. an answer to this item. We strongly recommend that any activity involving children, an adult should be present. Ensuring that you are adhering to the Safety Rules are important practices, while operating the equipment.
We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit on any of our Inflatable orders that are $100 or more. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for any order that is $300 or more. We will collect the remaining balance on the day of the party. We will give you a confirmation call generally 48 hrs. prior to your event. If you have any questions or concerns, DON'T HESITATE TO GIVE US A CALL.
We do offer a 24 hour risk-free cancellation policy. As a part of our commitment to you Cancellations can be submitted by email @1tinytotsentertainment@gmail.com What this means is that we will fully refund your deposit as long as your request is made within 24 hours of your booking. We will reapply your deposits to a future rentals, if booked within 30 days of cancellation date.
